At Reisenthel, we endeavor to get our merchandise to you the soonest possible. Please find below the delivery schedule for your order.

Domestic (Within Malaysia)

• Flat rate of RM10 for orders below RM199 
• Free delivery for orders of RM200 and above

International (Singapore Only)

• S$10 for orders up to 0.1kg - 1kg
• S$15 for orders up to 1.1kg - 2kg
• S$20 for orders up to 2.1kg - 3kg
• S$25 for orders up to 3.1kg - 4kg
• S$43 for orders up to 4.1kg - 5kg

Delivery Partners

We use a combination of NinjaVan, Aramex, etc for both local and international deliveries subject to delivery requirement and/or nature of the product(s) to be shipped.

Delivery Timeframe

Domestic : Within 1-2 business days for deliveries within Malaysia. 
International : Within 5-7 business days for shipping to Singapore.
